The most well-known varieties are Monemvasia, an aromatic white wine with a delicate flavor, and Mandilaria, a red variety producing full-bodied wines with rich aromas. In addition to wine, Paros is also famous for its tsipouro , a traditional distilled spirit crafted with care by small local producers, often served alongside local meze such as sun-dried octopus and tomato fritters.
